Javier Irarrázaval A. Managing Director para la Región Andina de The Walt Disney Company desde 1999, empresa a la que ingresó en 1990.  Anteriormente se desempeño como Gerente General de Editorial Televisa en Argentina.  Fue presidente de Acción RSE desde 2003 hasta 2007 y es actualmente presidente de Red Forum Empresa. Irarrázaval estudió Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, en la Universidad Católica Argentina.

Javier Irarrázaval, aged 54, studied Business Administration at the Catholic University of Argentina, and has exercised his profession in different areas: banking, construction and agricultural companies.  In 1986 he became General Manager for Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay of Editorial Tucumán, which later became Editorial Vanidades, and today is Editorial Televisa.
In 1990 he joined The Walt Disney Company as responsible for Disney’s Consumer Products and Licenses areas.  He opened the first Disney office in Latin America: The Walt Disney Company (Argentina) S.A., with responsibility for Argentina, Chile, Peru, Uruguay, Paraguay and Bolivia.
In 1995, he opened the Disney office in Brazil and since 1999, he is the Managing Director for the Andean Region; covering Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Perú, Bolivia and Chile.
He was Chairman of Accion RSE from December 2003 to December 2007, and was member of the Board of Global Compact Chile from 2006 to 2010.
In October 2007, he was elected Chairman of Red Forum Empresa for the period of 2008-2009 which was renewed until December 2011.
He has been a Director of AmCham Chile as from December of 2009 and was elected President of the Board in January 2011.
He joined the Board of Directors of Coaniquem and Make a Wish Chile in 2010.
