CGS Chile, the leading provider of call center services with over 30 years of experience in the outsourcing solutions market, has received two noteworthy recognitions in the recent international Contact Center World awards held in Orlando, Florida. During the award ceremony, which brings together important companies from the field from right across the Americas, CGS Chile won “Best Contact Center – Mega (Outsourced)”. It was also awarded “Best Outsourcing Partnership” for its successful business relationship with one of Chile’s leading financial companies. Furthermore, CGS received two additional awards for its operations in the United States.
