AmCham Chile members in Presidential entourage

At the end of 2014, representatives of member companies of AmCham Chile took part in a trip to the United States by President Michelle Bachelet, in which she led a session at the UN Security Council.

During her tour, the President visited Philadelphia in Pennsylvania and the port of Wilmington in Delaware, where she commemorated 10 years since the signing of the Free Trade Agreement with the United States. Wilmington is of particular commercial importance to Chile, since 70% of its fruit exports to the US arrive at this port.

The member companies of AmCham Chile participating in the tour were MetLife, Sealand, Principal Financial Group and DuPont, accompanied by the President of the Chamber, Kathleen Barclay.
