More than three thousands employees of Scotiabank Chile have received positive news following the latest edition of the Great Place to Work ranking, in which Scotiabank was selected as the 19th best place to work in Chile. In relation to the 2015 ranking, the company rose 11 places, largely thanks to the policies adopted by the company in favor of the wellbeing of its workers. Scotiabank is based on five key pillars and one of the most important relates to leadership and relationships with people. Towards that end, the company encourages the ongoing capacity building of its workers in order to meet the existing and future needs of the organization. This is achieved by the implementation of acknowledgement programs.
Scotiabank pursues talent promotion through internal competitions that are designed to foster the internal mobility of workers across the company.
