Lawyer and leading partner in the division of International Taxation and Mergers and Acquisitions of Deloitte Chile. He has advised clients in matters related to national and international taxation, business reorganizations, and to companies and family groups in the development of strategies to identify efficient tax structures.

With more than 15 years of experience in tax area, he is professor of Tax Law of the MBA of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Additionally, he has been a visiting professor at the Law School of the University of Florida and the University of Washington in St. Louis. He graduated from the Law School of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and obtained a Master of Laws (L.L.M.) in International Taxation and a Doctorate in Tax Law (S.J.D.) from the University of Florida.

He is the author of several documents in English and Spanish on international taxation, with a particular focus on the United States and Chile. During 2018 he published his first book called International Taxation published by Legal Publishing. In recent years he has actively participated in the AMCHAM investment committee, especially in tax reform processes, interacting with both the Ministry of Finance and the National Congress. He also supports various directories and CFOs and CEOs in numerous aspects such as: reputational, regulatory and decision making, always providing an independent and business-focused approach.
