Passionate about technology, education and innovation as pillars for the real transformation in our society, Sandra Guazzotti has led the strategy of growth of companies from all sectors of the industry driving the digital transformation of business and enabling innovation. Since June 2018, she led Oracle Chile in its role as General Manager, working together with clients, government and associations with the aim of enabling digital transformation in Chile. Previously, she served as Vice President of Enterprise Sales at Oracle Japan, and executive officer. She was also vice president of OFD, Investment and Financial Solutions, leading a team of financial experts in Japan and Asia Pacific. Between 2010 and 2013, she was Country Manager of Oracle Chile. Prior to joining Oracle in 1999, she held various positions in the financial services industry in Japan and Argentina. Guazzotti brings over 20 years of global experience in the IT and finance sectors. She has a degree in International Relations from the University of Tsukuba, Japan, and a Business Manager from ESE Business School at the University of Los Andes, Chile. She also studied law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina. She was distinguished as one of the “100 Women Leaders in Chile” in 2011, by Mujeres Emprendedoras and the newspaper El Mercurio in Chile. She was a member of the Board of the Chilean American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) between 2012 and 2015 and co-chair of the TIC Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) in Singapore, between 2016 and 2017. Currently, Guazzotti is a member of the Board member of the Pan American Development Foundation, and a member of Women Corporate Directors (WCD).
